Recently I had a very frightening experience where a stark reminder of the fragile and fleeting nature of life was all too close for comfort. With it came the realization of how truly precious and finite life is. I am so grateful that my experience allowed me to still be here today, so I'm taking the opportunity to share some of the things I've been focusing on to truly savor and celebrate the beauty of life. I hope it encourages you to do the same.
